You grant the American Business Tapestry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use your submitted content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and promoting the platform, including website display, social media, and marketing materials.

PAYMENTS

To claim a patch it requires a one-time payment only. This payment permanently secures a business’s place within the tapestry and does not require any ongoing subscription for founding members.

This fee supports the continued operation, hosting, maintenance, and evolution of the tapestry, ensuring all listings remain active and up to date.

All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless required by law.

No upsells. No tiered placement. No paid ranking or preferential positioning is offered.

BUSINESS REMOVAL REQUESTS

Businesses may request removal of their listing and associated content at any time by contacting us.

We will make reasonable efforts to process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to operational requirements and legal obligations.
